All of HotCloneThemes’s themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License. This means that you may modify and use them for both personal and commercial projects and for as many websites as you like. Price Changes
HotCloneThemes reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify price of the HotCloneThemes membership. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the HotCloneThemes website and we will also send the notice email to all members.
Support
By purchasing a HotCloneThemes theme, you are granted unlimited access to the Support Forums. Support is offered for technical issues and simple modifications. Support is not offered for compatibility issues with 3rd party plugins or general WordPress questions. For general WordPress support we recommend wordpress.org/support. We are usually online around GMT+7. Please note that while we always strive to answer your questions as soon as humanly possible, sometimes we are not able to do so for whatever reasons and we ask you to be patient during these times.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of HotCloneThemes. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

All content, including imagery, published on the HotCloneThemes.Com domain, including site content published on the showcase, is property of HotCloneThemes and under copyright. Any replicated site content must be authorized and clearly referenced back to the source. Content from the HotCloneThemes web site shall not be used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purposes without the prior written consent of HotCloneThemes.
Warranty
HotCloneThemes does not provide any warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that HotCloneThemes products will work with all browser combinations.
Payments
After browsing our site you may be interested in purchasing some of our themes. You will be required to submit payment information to do so. To process our payments we use PayPal . You must agree with their terms and conditions before paying for any of our products. You are purchasing a subscription. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. If you want to cancel your subscription, you cancel do it within your PayPal control panel. You can also request a cancellation for us through our contact form. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, you will be automatically billed for the next year.
Refund policy
We accept refund application within 24 hours of your payment if the product is not as description or damaged. Since the
product bought is a “script” (intangible good), up to 50% of your payment would be refunded. All sales are final after 24
hours of your payment.

DMCA Fee
All site owners that receive a DMCA to remove the template(s) and want to order a license for that website will have to pay
a 100$ Fee + License price.
Fee #1
All site owners that installed the template(s) on multiple domains will have to pay a 100$ Fee and to buy a license for each
domain, or buy an Multi License or Develop license or Extended license.
HotCloneThemes.com reserves the right to amend any or all of the above policies, guidelines and disclaimer without
notification. We also retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes without notification.
